Where to find consents needing triage

There are two views clinicians can use when determining which consents received will need to be triaged.

  • By programme across all schools

  • By individual school or clinic

 

1. By programme across all schools  

To view consents received across all schools by the what the triage queues are and how many people are in them, you start by going to the Referrals page dashboard.

From here, you click on the Red/Amber/Green (RAG) chart for a specific programme, which takes you to a view of the various triage queues for that programme.

Here you can see the number of consents currently in that triage queue. If you click on a particular triage category (as indicated in the above diagram) a list of consents currently in that queue will be displayed.

To access an individual consent, select the referral number you would like to open.

 

2. By individual school or clinic 


 

To view consents received by the school, select the immunisations page and select the school.

Here you click on the programme of interest, which takes you to the clinics within that programme.

Then you click on the specific clinic, and in the Consents Received tab, if you search on “triage”, you see which patients need what type of triage:
