When does the parent get notified that their child has been immunised?
As soon as the vaccination record is marked as complete, and it is uploaded to RIVIAM, an email is sent to the parent or guardian. This could be within minutes of the child being vaccinated.
A timeline event will be created stating if the vaccination was given and a confirmation email has been sent to the parent or guardian:
