Uploading files

Uploading files

This is the section where School Administrators can upload class lists or files to share with the Immunisations Teams.

Figure 1: Select File to Upload

To upload a file, please select the school year from the drop-down menu then select the button "Select File to Upload". This will access the files on your device. Select the file you would like to upload. The file will upload as follows:

Figure 2: Upload File

RIVIAM accepts all formats, word doc, docx, and pdf. Please ensure that the size of the file does not exceed 5MB in size.

If the user needs to cancel the upload, please select "X".

If the user needs to proceed with the upload, select the button "Upload File".

A pop-up window will appear with the message "Uploaded successfully".

Please note: A new functionality will be added shortly allowing RIVIAM to match the consents received against the class lists. The class list will have to be in a format that RIVIAM can read. A template in the correct format of the class list is available for download.

It is possible to upload the class list in a different format however these will not be matched against the consents received, identifying those parents that have yet to submit a response. When the user uploads a file not in the recommended format for matching a pop-up message will appear for the user.

Files uploaded

This section displays the files the school and the Immunisation Team have uploaded.
