Self service reporting
In the self-service reports service, you can access:
- CHIS and CHIS including not givens
- NIVS
- Refusal Report
- Outstanding Report
CHIS reporting
CHIS reporting is available for all our customers. There are two types: CHIS and CHIS including Not Given
Download locations
- Log into RIVIAM web (or Workflow)
- Select the "Immunisations" page
- Select the Immunisation programme
- Select the "Reporting" tab on the left-hand navigation menu
This displays the self-service reporting options. Users can choose to filter by the hub and by date range. The report requested is downloaded in a CSV format.

Exclusions
- Batch Number contains the text "ERROR"
- The Read code contains the text "Duplicate vaccination referral"
- Referrals will not be included if the school year is missing
- Establishments where the URN is like "ZZZ" (test schools)
NIVS
Available for all our Immunisations customers with Flu or HPV programme.
Download locations
School and Bookings NIVS
- Select the Immunisation programme
- Select the school needed
- Select the "School reporting" tab as shown below
- Users have the option to download the NIVS report by school or the NIVS spreadsheet, including clinic bookings
Hub level
NIVS spreadsheets are also available to download across Hubs in self-service reporting.

This report covers all referrals for the given program and date range where the vaccination status is GIVEN and the consent status is either in the "consent given"/"not given"/"declined by service"/"conflicting consent" steps.
Options:
- TPP status = failed (iv.tpp_status < 0 OR iv.tpp_status >= 2) - excludes vaccinations where TPP status is “not processed” or “vaccination updated”
- All TPP statuses
Exclusions
- Readcode contains the text “Duplicated vaccination referral”
- Referrals will not be included if the school year is missing (i.e. no tbl_referral_imms_extra entry for that referral)
- Establishments where the URN is like “ZZZ” (test schools)
