How to login to School Portal

  1. Enter your email address
  2. Enter your password
  3. Select Login

Please Note: You have the option to login in using Google Chrome or Microsoft 365.

 

Two Factor Authentication

A two-factor authentication code will be sent by text to your mobile phone. The code will be sent to the mobile phone number registered by the Immunisations Team. The code is valid for up to 8 hours so use the same code if you need to log in again within this time. A new code will be sent by text message after 8 hours.

  1. Enter the authentication code.
  2. Select Login.

Please Note: If you change your mobile number, please contact the Immunisations Team who can update your user credentials in RIVIAM School Management. You will not be able to log in to School Portal without an authentication code.
