Monitoring mobile clinic outcomes

Monitoring mobile clinic outcomes

Users can now monitor and track mobile clinic outcomes as they are processed through to RIVIAM Web.

This new functionality will give users an insight into the following:

  • The number of clinicians assigned to a clinic.
  • The mobile outcomes processed have been received by RIVIAM Web from a specific clinic. This is shown in the Mobile clinic overview.
  • A list of the children who have been outcomed, with the status of vaccination (either 'given' or 'not given') plus the name of the clinician who vaccinated that child. This is shown in the Clinic Outcomes section.
  • Details of how many vaccinations were 'given' or 'not given' by clinicians. This is shown in the Mobile clinic details by the clinic and as a total for all clinics that took place on that day.

To access the mobile clinic outcomes information, please go to the immunisation programme and select 'Schedule clinics'.

This Clinic Schedule View page is the default page where users can schedule new clinics and assign clinicians as usual. For further details on how to do this, please see How to Create a Clinic and Allocate Staff

In the "Filter options" field, other options to select are

    • Mobile clinic overview
    • Mobile clinic details
    • Clinician outcomes list

  • The total number of outcomes.
  • The total number of clinicians assigned to clinics scheduled for the date selected.
  • The average number of outcomes across clinics for the date selected.

You can access this data by the clinic, as seen in the screenshot below. For example, the "John Whitgift Academy" shows that 26 children were outcomed and that the clinic had three clinicians assigned.

It also shows a list of clinics and outcomes recorded by clinicians allocated to that clinic.

    • For example, "Nurse 1" has recorded 33 outcomes as 'given' and one outcome as 'not given'. Totalling 34 outcomes.
  • Please note that for DTP and MenACWY, the number of outcomes recorded will be doubled. There is one outcome recorded for DTP and one outcome recorded for MenACWY per consent.

Clinic outcomes:

If you would like to view a list of the children that have been outcomed at a clinic, you can do so by selecting the clinic in 'Clinic schedule view' and selecting 'Clinic outcomes' from the menu.

In the example below, "The Rubicon Centre" clinic is the name of the clinic. To access the list of outcomes recorded at that clinic, select "Clinic outcomes". In this test case scenario, three children were outcomed:
