Lock/unlock a referral

Lock/unlock a referral

The lock icon on the right-hand side enables the user to lock a referral whilst reviewing and editing it. Once completed, the user should then unlock the referral. If the user does not unlock the referral, colleagues will not be able to make any updates until it is unlocked.
