Open the child's referral and look at the Immunisations Summary section on the right.
Click on this arrow, and a new pop-up window will appear. Type in the school name and select it from the list of options. This referral will move to the new clinic or school selected.
The change of school will be recorded as a timeline event, stating which school the consent has been allocated to and from.
