If a clinician needs to record an activity, upload supporting documents or add an internal note on a patient's record, they can do so by selecting Record an event.
Record an event should be used where you would like to add a timeline event but this does not need to be visible to clinicians at a clinic session.
To update the timeline, you first click on the Record An Event button on the right-hand side:

If you click on Select Timeline Event, it provides several options:
You select the appropriate task, and then add relevant notes. Users can also upload supporting documents by selecting "Choose a file"
Press confirm, which then updates the timeline on the patient record:
