When do individual records become updated in SystmOne?
If a customer is using the TPP SystmOne integration, any updates to SystmOne/TPP are sent automatically as soon as RIVIAM receives the outcomes from each clinic. With the app, this can be done after every vaccination, while with the spreadsheet, it would be after each clinic list has been uploaded.
CHIS, TPP bulk uploads and NIVS formatted reports can be accessed through self-service reporting.
